NFA REFEREES

The referees of the Namibia Football Association (NFA) play an indispensable role in upholding the integrity and fair play of football. As highly trained and FIFA accredited officials, NFA's referees are committed to maintaining the highest standards of officiating all football competitions across the country. Their extensive knowledge of the laws of the game as well as rules and regulations, combined with a strong sense of impartiality, integrity, and professionalism, ensures that matches are handled with utmost fairness.

NFA's referees are entrusted with making crucial decisions on the field of play, be it enforcing the laws of the game, managing player conduct, or determining the validity of goals and fouls. Their role extends beyond the ninety minutes of play, as they continually strive to improve their skills through regular training and assessments. The dedication and commitment of NFA's match officials contribute significantly to the success and credibility of football in Namibia, ensuring that the game is played in the spirit of FIFA's Fair Play philosophy.
