The Brave Gladiators will be playing their final and most crucial match of the year.The Namibian side under the guidance of Paulus Shipanga are set to face Ghana in the return leg of the 2024 CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Tuesday , 5 December at 15h00.

Ghana is at an advantage as Namibia is tailing behind with two goals secured during the first leg in Accra,Ghana.

Speaking during the Pre Match Presser,assistant coach,Nicholas Woody Jacobs said that the team is fully aware of the task at hand and is ready to go all out.

“The first match didn’t go according to plan but we managed to get an away goal. We understand the assignment and what is at stake. We are taking the game to them,putting them under intense pressure like they did to us in Accra.The aim is not to concede a goal because then it will be difficult to remain in the match”

He adds that the mood in camp is exciting 

“ We dealt with the previous match and all of the errors that happened in the previous game,it was individual mistakes but we spoke about that because the mental and psychological aspects of the match is very important as well” he said.
