15 December 2025 – The Namibia Football Association [NFA] announces the formal approval of its Audited Annual Financial Statements, a significant milestone in the Association’s ongoing commitment to institutional integrity and the restoration of robust corporate governance, Interm General Secretary, Cassius Moetie said.

“The audit, conducted by the independent firm Saunderson & Partners, was presented to the NFA Executive Council and subsequently received final approval from the 20th Extraordinary Congress, held on 12th December 2025. The process concluded with a clean, unqualified audit opinion, a clear indicator of sound financial health, and disciplined fiscal management”, Moetie stated.

The NFA Interm General Secretary said that a transparent procedure that culminated in the 20th Extraordinary Congress endorsement, underscoring NFA’s dedication to accountability and best-practice governance. “The NFA views these audit results as foundational to rebuilding stakeholder trust and ensuring operational excellence”, Moetie indicated.

In a firm commitment to transparency, the IGS promised that “NFA will publish the fully executed audit report on its official website immediately upon finalization, making the complete financial details available for public review. This action directly reflects the N̈FA’s principled stance on openness and our pledge to uphold the highest standards of governance,” Cassius Moetie, Interm General Secretary concluded.
