Following a rigorous selection process that attracted more than 100 applications, the Namibia Football Association (NFA), through its Technical and Coaching Department, has confirmed the 30 participants who will undergo the CAF C Coaching Diploma.
The course, which kicks off on Monday, 9 November 2026, is aimed at equipping aspiring and practising football coaches with the technical knowledge, practical skills and modern coaching methodologies required to develop players and contribute to the growth of football in Namibia.
The CAF C Coaching Diploma forms part of the NFA’s ongoing commitment to strengthening coaching structures, improving technical standards and investing in the development of football personnel across the country.
Over the duration of the course, participants will engage in both theoretical and practical sessions, covering key areas of coaching, including player development, training methodologies, tactical understanding and the effective management of football teams.
The selection of the 30 participants marks another important step in the NFA’s efforts to expand the pool of qualified coaches and build a stronger foundation for the future of Namibian football.
