The Namibia Football Association (NFA) and Standard Bank Namibia have signed an agreement aimed at supporting NFA employees in accessing home ownership opportunities and tailored financial solutions.
The agreement, signed byย Mr. Mabos Vries, Acting General Secretary of the NFA, andย Mr. Jerome Namaseb, Personal & Private Banking Executive at Standard Bank Namibia, underscores the associationโs commitment to employee welfare and long-term financial wellbeing.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mabos Vries emphasised that investing in the people who administer and support football is essential to the sustainability and continued growth of the game.
Through the initiative, qualifying NFA employees will have the opportunity to explore residential property ownership and access relevant financial products and solutions, subject to Standard Bank Namibiaโs lending criteria and applicable requirements.
The NFA welcomed the agreement as an important milestone in its growing partnership with Standard Bank Namibia and expressed appreciation for the Bankโs continued engagement and support.
The association reaffirmed its commitment to building strategic partnerships that contribute not only to the development of football in Namibia, but also to the professional and personal wellbeing of the people who serve the sport.
