The NFA wishes to inform the public and all football lovers, players, both men and women, boys and girls, and football administrators to join the Brave Gladiators and Women Super League [WSL] players in a charity communitydevelopment initiative on Sunday, 25th June 2023 to clean certain suburbs of Katutura.
“All volunteers wishing to join the Brave Gladiators and Women Super League players are invited to assemble at the NFA Football House at 09H00. The City of Windhoek committed rubbish bags and protective hand gloves to assist the clean-up campaign”, said Lovisa Mulunga, Brave Gladiators player and Organiser of the Women Football Charity campaign. Mulunga added that now that the FNB Women Super League 2022/2023 Football Season came to an end, “the girls feel duty-bound to do some community work by cleaning Katutura amongst other suburbs. Our community service is not limited to Katutura only; we are considering other charitable initiatives to reach out to the broader Namibian House, because nobody must feel left out,” Mulunga stated.
For any further information regarding the clean-up campaign, kindly feel at liberty to contact Lovisa Mulunga at +264-857-368-031 or Veronica van Wyk at +264-812-016-036.
