Brave Warriors Head Coach, Collin Benjamin has named a 24-man squad for Namibiaโs upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Malawi and Equatorial Guinea.
The Warriors gaffer trimmed his initial 30-man list, unveiling the final selection on Friday,14 March 2025.
Commenting on the final squad of three goalkeepers, eight defenders, nine midfielders and four attackers for the two crucial fixtures Benjamin highlighted the importance of winning the two games.
โWe are absolutely going to go all the way in the upcoming fixtures and the squad is a reflection of our desire to produce good results.The squad balances experience and youth, with key returns of a few players.
It is essential that we have a successful outcome , that will be a huge step into the next step.
Namibia faces a tough challenge in Group H, where Tunisia currently leads the standings. The Warriors will play Malawi in Lilongwe at the Bingu National Stadium on March 20, before hosting Equatorial Guinea in Polokwane,South Africa at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium on March 24.
