โWe are grateful to the Council of Southern Africa Football Associations and its partners for creating a platform that allows us to sharpen our scouting knowledge and exchange ideas with experts from across the region. This workshop has provided valuable insights into modern talent identification and player development methodologies. As representatives of the Namibia Football Association, we are committed to applying what we have learned to strengthen our youth structures and ensure that young players in Namibia receive the best possible guidance and opportunities to reach their full potential.โ
