6 October 2025 – The senior men’s national team, Brave Warriors local players and technical team departed to Monrovia Liberia earlier today, the rest of the squad will join the team in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa. Benjamins’ chargers will play Liberia on the 9 October 2025 at the Samuel Kanyon Doe stadium in Monrovia at 16:00.
“We decided to keep most of the players from the previous camp with a few additions of Tjipee Karuuombe, who plays in Georgia, Kennedy Amutenya who is based in Saudi and Awillo Stephanus who wasn’t able to join us during the last camp due to club obligations. The team will have to do without Sergio Damaseb who is a frequent starter due to an injury he picked up at work said head coach, Collin Benjamin.
The team is set to arrive in Monrovia at 17:50 on 7 October 2025.
Namibia and Liberia played to an all 1 draw last year in March when the Warriors hosted them at the FNB Stadium in South Africa.
