Namibia’s international defender Ryan Nyambe will be hosting a coaching clinic in Namibia from 15 May as he embark upon setting up a Football Academy.
Nyambe, who plys his trade in english football with Blackburn Rovers, is setting in motion his dream of ploughing back and will be having football coaching clinics at the NFA Technical Center in May.
” The idea came to me as soon as they was drafted into the national team and saw the talent that is around. With proper coaching and set up these guys too can play in English and other major countries and for me it’s about doing my part to push that dream forward” ,says Nyambe.
The Ryan Nyambe soccerschool will be for boys and girls as young as six and old as 15 years.
Nyambe will be joined by his former Brave Warriors coach Collin Benjamin and ex teammate and captain Ronald Ketjijere for the coaching clinics.
” It’s really massive for me to have these guys around with me. Their pedigree says it all and together we can do better by combining our knowledge. Our country needs us and whatever small we do will go long away in giving these youngsters a dream and motivation to go further”, explains Nyambe.
The program is as follows:
●Saturday 15th May – 12pm session duration 1 hour 30 mins ( Ages 6-8). 2pm session duration 1 hour 30 mins ( Ages 9-1
●Tuesday 18th May – 12pm session duration 2 hours (Ages 13-15)
●Saturday 22nd May – 12pm session duration 1 hour 30 mins ( Ages 6-8). 2pm session duration 1 hour 30 mins ( Ages 9-12)
●Tuesday 25th May – 12pm session duration 2 hours (Ages 13-15)
