Brave Warriors out of Covid-19 quarantine

The Namibia Football Association (NFA) wishes to inform members of the public and all its valued stakeholders that all Players, technical staff and executive staff involved in the trip to South Africa recently tested NEGATIVE for Covid-19.

The Brave Warriors travelled to Rustenburg to play South Africa in an international friendly match which ended 1-1 on 8 October and upon return to Namibia on 9 October, the team was placed in the mandatory quarantine in ine with national regulations to combact Covid-19.

During the latest round of Routine Medical tests, done on Friday 16 October 2020: Day 7 of Quarantine, the team tested negative.

Covid-19 clearance certificates have since been issued out and the team released from Quarantine on Saturday 17 October 2020.

The NFA will continue to observe all protocols in place and work closely with the relevant bodies to ensure delivery of medical best practice care to our esteemed footballers.
