The Brave Warriors continues their preparations for a busy 2012 as they host Mozambique on Wednesday in the capital.

The two sides meet in a friendly match to be played at the Independence Stadium in Windhoek with kickoff set for 16h00.

The Warriors B side last week lost 1-0 to B Hoffenheim U23 as Namibia looks ahead to the 29 February clash at Liberia in the 2013 AFCON qualifiers.

If Namibian win the fixture against Liberia , they will join 27 other nations who failed to qualify for the 2012 Equatorial Guinea and Gabon edition of the nations Cup, which includes the likes of Cameron, Nigeria and Egypt.

The 16 teams that qualified for the 2012 edition will get an automatic bye from the first two rounds and will enter directly into the final round of qualifiers that begin after next year’s tournament to be played in September and October this year.

The 14 winners from the second preliminary round will then be combined with the 16 teams that qualified for the 2012 edition to play in the final qualifiers. Teams will be paired and the 15 winners will qualify to participate at 2013 tournament in South Africa.

The match on Wednesday afternoon will have free entrance, as it will be a practice match.
